I am a licensed clinical psychologist in NYC. I see clients virtually and in-person on the Upper West Side. I am passionate about providing therapy to adolescents, young adults, and adults coping with generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic, depression, relationship challenges, body image concerns, and adjustment to new or difficult life changes. I also have specialized training in helping individuals navigate egg/embryo freezing, family planning, infertility, loss, and other reproductive stressors.
Therapy with me is collaborative, and combines traditional support with evidence-based treatment, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
I earned my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County (APA-accredited) in 2023 and my B.A. in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2013.
I have trained across multiple settings, including group private practice, hospitals, and community mental health clinics. Prior to opening my own private practice, I completed my postdoctoral training at MindWell NYC. I completed my APA accredited pre-doctoral internship at The Village in Hartford, Connecticut. I have also trained at NYU Langone, Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, and the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
