I am a licensed clinical psychologist in NYC. I see clients virtually and in-person on the Upper West Side. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, panic, and depression, particularly in relation to life transitions, dating/relationships, social stressors, adjustment to college, adjustment to new marriage/parenthood, career changes, and body image concerns. I also have specialized training in helping individuals navigate egg freezing, family planning, infertility, loss, and other reproductive stressors. I am passionate about providing collaborative, LGBTQ+ affirming care. I work with adolescents and adults in individual therapy.

Therapy with me is supportive and collaborative. I employ treatments backed by science, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).

ABOUT

I am a licensed clinical psychologist located in New York City.

I earned my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County (APA-accredited) in 2023 and my B.A. in psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2013.

I have trained across multiple settings, including group private practice, hospitals, and community mental health clinics. Prior to opening my own private practice, I completed my postdoctoral training at MindWell NYC. I completed my APA-accredited pre-doctoral internship at The Village in Hartford, Connecticut. I have also trained at NYU Langone, Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, and the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two daughters. I enjoy Pilates, trying new restaurants, and exploring the Upper West Side.
