Dr. Byrne, PhD, is a licensed clinical psychologist. She is passionate about providing individual therapy to adolescents, young adults, and adults coping with anxiety, panic, depression, OCD, body image concerns, relationship challenges, and life transitions. She also has interest and specialized training in helping individuals navigate fertility and reproductive concerns.
Therapy with Dr. Byrne combines traditional support with evidence-based treatment, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).

ABOUT
Dr. Byrne is a licensed clinical psychologist located in New York City.
Dr. Byrne earned her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and her B.A. in psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder.
Dr. Byrne has trained across multiple settings, including group private practice, hospitals, and community mental health clinics. Prior to opening her own private practice, Dr. Byrne completed her postdoctoral training at MindWell NYC. She completed her APA accredited pre-doctoral internship at The Village in Hartford, CT. She has also trained at NYU Langone, Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, and the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
Outside of work, Dr. Byrne enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. She enjoys yoga, trying new restaurants, and exploring the Upper West Side where she resides.
